Apartment leasing

First, Mitte7 analyses the general conditions for leasing the apartment (offer, market, rent index, micro-location of the property, etc.). Then we define the marketing strategy together with you.

Furthermore, the relevant data of the apartment will be compiled and a synopses will be developed. The following marketing process contains among other things the inspection and the preparation for concluding of the contract.

In case of a successful lease the commission fee for the brokerage service is set at two net rents plus VAT. Depending on the state of the brokered apartment, the fee can be payed by the new tenant in part or in full.
